I think something wrong with either the mgmt or mr kwa ... we were given letter on which wall cannot touch ... now they said wait until next week on whether can do reno or not ???? They should have come out with the guidelines earlier. Now its a bit too late. People has already started doing reno. some even have done it. What is this?

Last monday, go to amansiara. Ask guard about when phase 2 can the key. He said on december. Anybody else here, please share if have info.

Yesterday just check again my water meter...I think somewhere paip bocor already. eventhough my tangki full load, but meter still running. last week is 24, now 36. Gonna pay bill without using it.

I complaint to developer why I already stop the meter, but still someone open it. He say they will automatic close the meter when patrol along. (does he means someone's itchy hand open it?)

Developer told me that we can't reno everything. But they also cannot stop us from reno. The only thing gonna happen is affect our stracta title in future.

Is it ok to start reno our house now? Do you have any further meeting with developers to discuss the rules and regulation about reno?

I planning to reno my kitchen in open concept without hacking the shear wall. The most changes are remove my kitchen door and replace by sliding window. Thus it will change the outlook of my house. Some of them also doing like this in level 4.

All I want is try to avoid penalty or confiscate my deposit and assure my stacta title not to be affected.

Can u please bring out my plan to devolpers?

If there got any meeting need our commitment, please let me know. I will attend anytime.

Regarding your pg44 post about u claimed LAD through tribunal.
When u start make report to tribunal? According SNP, developer will compensate to us within 12 mths from CF date. It means that we need to wait 12 mths and if no response from developer, then proceed to tribunal court.

Is it true?

i need advice, anyone already installed water heater with pump? i wonder what brand i should buy, because JOven brand need min water pressure is 0.1kpa, alpha need 0.2kpa

i afraid if i buy alpha brand, the water heater not working....

I could recommend joven since they have many model, summore their after sales service very good, mine experience some wiring problem, just call the call ctr the technician come within an hour....

Yesterday, I visited Nurfahana unit, ahem .... renovated kau kau.

They did something to the water piping so that the water pressure comes directly from the main and when there is water cut, the water tank will be used to supply water. Great idea ......... I met my potential contractor (Shafary's friend) on the same day and ask him to do the same as well.

I Just wonder if to fix the grille do we need to inform the management? i ask the contractor n he said no need to inform...r u guys doing the same?

i bought a joven water heater wif pump....de result not bad...it solve all my worries...i bought it from lighting shop...price is RM 290 and de model number is either 880P/800P (not sure)..u can consider bout it...

Later i will bring my wiring man to quote my house. Anybody interest can come to my unit(67-4) about 5pm.

I just call contractor to remove one bathroom water tank,master bathroom use as spare in case water cut.
It huge one,direct water supply,further when there it problem with float valve,so clamp inside,how to repair ,to remove the tank cover also difficult,plan to use the water tank area as a store,when water cut suggest go to templer park

when are you moving in augustine? I plan to move in December.

if renovation go as plan,middle of december,now going over there pass to contractor stainless steel 1/2 elbow for pipe extension,galvained pipe and fitting will rust and block pipe over time.

sorry guys, de price is not RM290.. is RM390...

i think we need water heater with pump plus direct water supply. because the pump easily to break down if use frequently.
