Hi I agree with Nuwaira too.... if you read the forum you will notice tht we have gone through this same topic... we need to get moving!!!!

I asked for help for someone to go to Shah Alam government office (Menteri Besar office - 5th floor) to collect the form to request for meeting with the necessary dept.

This is more important than harping again and again on the same issues.... we need to solve not just complain.

Hope no one is angry, we are all aiming for the same: A HOUSE.

UPDATE FROM MPS COUNCELLOR: The CF still not submitted yet.... he is arranging with the MPS people to go and have a look at our taman, not sure when.

Does this means Developer LIED to us over their CF submission thrice n rejections ? I consider that a GOOD NEWS. Coz triple rejection strengthen my fear about the safety and quality of our taman. If developer LIED about this, and the actual case is CF not yet submitted. Means its their fault for being tardy and inefficient.

Well that I am not sure ..... but as of now CF not submitted... hope the councellor goes and have a look at our taman asap, at least he would have a clear picture/scenario.

Even today when I went to the site to handover my defect form the guy working there told me that the CF submitted.... how to trust anyone of them.

Mind to tell detail on this portion, as we don't wanto make this issue bigger, and currently we have not probably/formerly told developer on our issue yet (May be is me only). Or on other word we had not discuss with them yet.

So do you think we're going to fast on submitting the form so soon? If really submit letter will it further affect the CF? As at now we all not sure who is not doing their job, MPS, Developer, am i right?

I will be on leave on next week for 2 days, may be i can go to collect the form, but i need to know what is all about first (I mean the form). Kalau tidak tanya saya pun tak tahu nak jawab apa

Anyway, someone told me before just need to be becareful of the warehouse sale. Sometimes they will use second hand spare part with new body to the electrical they are selling. How true, I don't know.

I agree what you have say on the part ( AS AT NOW WE ALL NOT SURE WHO IS NOT DOING THIER JOB ).
Fristly the developer didn't say that they don't repair our damagers.Secondly the MPS rejucted our CF,is maybe because we're at top hill.
So we need to get the form frist,and study carefully.If the CF still not approve by MPS,then we need to build up a commite for our resident.

Hello everybody,

I spoke to Encik Affendi to ask about the form.

He said, we need to give him a copy of the S&P and the Deed Mutual Covenant. So, those whose S&P exceeded 3 months can go lah. They need our details and yes, can send representative (only PH1 owners lah in this case). Once we bring this matter up (issue should be CF not defects) to the lembaga, they will first check with MPS and Pemaju, It usually takes about one month for them to revert back to us. He said delay could be for various reason, e.g. 'pindaan' or the Pemaju didn't pay certain cukai. If this can't be resolved, only then we can request for the meeting with the relevant authorities.

So, what's our next course of action. 2/3 to represent those who have received the keys and S&P exceeded 3months?

Hi, i'm a newbie here. My unit is Phase 1, Level 4.
Already got the key but cannot move in coz CF still pending. Eager to move in but then... :
I've read this forum since 2007 but sadly until today can manage to log in. Poor guy.
