So after lodge the complain they give me a "receipt" and anything not reply within 2 weeks i can call back to ask about the status. So far, that is what i can did........
About my complain details pls download from the attachment if you want to refer, cause the complain is by my unit no, so i just lodge 3 issues that concern me. ( Don mocking on my BAHASA  tongue.gif )
For MPS, i reconfirm with them what is mean by"pindaan" they told me that is house's structure design have different from original submitted floor plan, so MPS ask developer to do the "pindaan". I think that is why bcc told us they rejected 3 times (not sure how true). As the MPS officer said they had submit but not the BORANG E, is some other related document (Not sure what)'s which i think is use for support to submit "Borang E". So, as conclusion, So I THINK the VP is not valid.

And MPS officers, said once they get the BORANG E, MPS need to issue the CF within 14 days. So is showed that is not fault from MPS. IS DEVELOPER FAULT.

About the Floor Plan, as been told we can ask from developer, and if we want the plan from MPS need to apply and pay RM 100.

After today visit, i got to change my view on government servant, they all are very polite and ready to help. ICHIBANG

Just manage to make another visit to MPS, and NOW IS VERY CONFIRM THAT IS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MPS.

I had asked a girl "LIZA", she is one of them who did inspection on site ("Last year"), and said they have comment a lot of defect and some more
DEVELOPER DO NOT FOLLOW PLAN TO BUILD THE HOUSE.. And for now, there is nothing to do with MPS. As forMPS, is waiting for "pindaan" from DEVELOPER, so they have not resubmit......

And i asked her "IF developer have make the "pindaan" will MPS will approve it?", She said will appove based on "Fitness".

Another thing about the floor plan, she said it is PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL, and NOT suppose to get by 3rd party, so previously someone said can and tell me with the price which is NOT TRUE.

As told by her, actually, nothing much we can do , FORM COMMITTEE, and show our unsatisfion to developer and ask for compensation.


SO THAT'S ALL WE NEED TO DO. DO U WANT TO DO? OR U GUYS HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU HAVE NOW??????

sorry, i do not own amansiara lot but I do come to this thread once a while as I almost bought a lot at this place.

Anyway, with all the problems I read in one or two pages, seems like a very indecent developer. How can they give you keys without the CF? Without CF, you cannot even renovate the house. Actually you can't move into the house with a proper CF.

I am not sure about T&C but what I know is, since you can't move into the house, isn't it considered the house not FULLY delivered? Doesn't that means, they have to compensate the owners for late delivery as in the clause in the agreement? Check with your lawyer.

Also, I am sure your lawyer for this S&P is also the developer's lawyer which usually means that lawyer will be in developer's side. That's usually the case when they give FREE lawyer fees. This is actually a dirty tactic for developers advantage when there are problems.

Try to get more people and unite. The lawyer is supposed to work for you also. If they don't do it, you can also so the lawyer for conflict of interest.

Really sad to hear that the developer did not build according to the actual plan. What if the developer refuse to re-submit the "pidaan"? We will not get back a single cent and also our house. mad.gif

As i mention few times, can anyone tell me which unit is build according to the show house? if not mean the dev is cheating us. For me, i dun think any unit is build according to show house.

CF. Ini yg susah. Like I mentioned earlier if it is a major "pindaan" then had it man. MPS wont back off. Its the regulations.

But if they let go due to interference from whoever or whichever parties , we r going to suffer lah. All in all we r still going to be victimized. This bloody developer! Maybe we could get some compensation in terms of $$$ but we have to live with whatever short fall of this housing project. vmad.gif

HI WKFVENUS,
My last post had mentioned the plan is not possible to get by other people, except there are MPS, architect, and developer. So i not sure how true, but from the "liza" she told me it is not possible. So may be got "lubang" then can get it.

And even we got "lubang", are we sure we want to get it if it is illegal, we're not afford to get sue leh...
