Hie all amansiarers
Been to the site yesterday to see the so-called showhouse but it doesn't look "that" renovated anyway. Just like a typical unit being handovered , from the look of it. the guard are quite "strict" in a sense that even though we are allowed into the area, but DO NOT cross longkang or he'll sound you. He will ask you to walk pass the guardhouse properly. I made a premature comment criticising the clubhouse from augustine_tan's photos of the eerily-looking pool. After yesterday visit , the clubhouse seems more pleasant -looking. HOpefully after JMB is formed we can find ways to put more greenery there. From the attached pic, there is a terrace/balcony that overlooks the mainroad and hills. This post has been edited by alanyuppie: Aug 31 2009, 01:18 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |

Since the barrier been taken down.. you guys can just walk around the p1 compound bordering p2 and p3. Me and frens tried to walk over to p2 but the guard in motorcycle sounded us. Remaining portion of the road in P2 and P3 is being tarred now.
If you guys wanna do a covert and quickly slip into any p2 house and hide inside, also can but make sure no guard is around. From the photos.. many gates type for P2 units looks like the dual-hinges one. As shown in SnP masterplan... road width are 30feet and 40feet alternately. as I walk around P1, I saw a dozen or more houses undergoing renovation. There's even one unit which break the renovation rule - the exterior wall is being painted! All townhouses are suposed to be uniform in colour. QUOTE(steventan @ Sep 1 2009, 12:23 AM) Yes. one of the guard even say we can go enter and "inspect" unlocked Phase 1 house if we wants to (if we can find one that is unlocked). distance from guardhouse to P2 and P3 is about 500m. Took me about 15 min to walk up, but its good exercise. coming down(hill) is faster. This post has been edited by alanyuppie: Sep 1 2009, 12:15 PM |

QUOTE(ayul_80 @ Sep 1 2009, 01:00 PM) Hie ayul!I personally think your row/block (the frontmost of all P3) is one of the luckiest one. 1) no opposite blocks 2) magnificent view 3) wide road for a single block, this means car park won't be a problem Some of us have to suffer a narrow road shared by 2 row/blocks of houses. |

Well some p2/p3 units 'might' have sloped parking, but I am not able venture deeper to look at more units to make a conclusion how many of them. i'm quite wondering these matters...hope u can help me..thanks The developer have been building every single road according to masterplan in SnP. Early this year silvertron measured the road in front of his unit and it tally with what's in the masterplan. I guess its safe to say what you'll see in SnP will be what you'll get when it comes to road width. the masterplan is easy to read, although the font is a bit tiny. And its according to scale. Please view the attached plan here. I've censored the unit numbers for privacy. Since your unit is 220, you'll get 30 feet road if your house is facing front (Level 1,2) , and 40 feet if its facing the back (Level 3,4). Attached thumbnail(s) |
