hye there all.
i have recently bought Palit GTX285 i've downloaded the latest Nvidia driver for my vista 64-bit. 182.08. before installing,i already uninstalled the previous driver.i even disabled anti virus.then, when i tried to install the new driver,it takes about 5mins to install which is longer than usual.then finally,it says "The system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run the installation again. Click Finish to exit the wizard." after rebooting my pc, i can use the GPU as if the driver is installed properly.running 3D Mark 06 with ease. what is the cause of the problem here actually?why it says system has not been modified? |

QUOTE(r1nk @ Mar 8 2009, 04:02 PM) err..not good loh if u want pair it with 9800GTX/9800GX2..lets say bottleneck your graphic card can run 100% but your processor only 1 core@2.5ghz..this will slow down your gaming fps almost 2x so if u want your gc run at 100% perfomance then u should upgrade your processor with RM600 E5200 =250 Asus 9600GT = RM350(maybe higher) =RM600 fit |

Asus is the manufacturer.
Nvidia is the one who make the chips ( gpu core ), and sell licenses to manufacturer like asus, gigabyte , evga, xfx, palit ... etc . |
