hye there all.

i have recently bought Palit GTX285

i've downloaded the latest Nvidia driver for my vista 64-bit. 182.08.

before installing,i already uninstalled the previous driver.i even disabled anti virus.then, when i tried to install the new driver,it takes about 5mins to install which is longer than usual.then finally,it says

"The system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run the installation again. Click Finish to exit the wizard."

after rebooting my pc, i can use the GPU as if the driver is installed properly.running 3D Mark 06 with ease.

what is the cause of the problem here actually?why it says system has not been modified? cry.gif

Aren't the stock cooler is ideal where it blow the hot air out of the casing rather let the custom cooler just circulate the air within the casing?
*
yeah, thats what i thought so.but maybe the stock fan and heatsink cannot perform as good as 3rd party cooler.if only got 3rd party vga cooler that push out the air out of the casing.hehe.
