ALL GC can withstand 110C...8600GT is using 80nm G84 Core ...this core can withstand 110C.....someone test it already

as long ur mobo hav pcie or pcie gen 2 slot (recommended)
what u should concern is ur power supply,ur casing space and ur proc to avoid bottleneck |

Pentium D is too SLow for GTX260....the bottleneck is too huge.....I got test this Pentium D with my 8800GTS G80 320mb Graphic card before the result is so worst....On Gaming the result is same as C2D 2.5ghz Processor with 8600GT = Pentium D 3.6Ghz with 8800GTS 320Mb....the FPS is totaly same in almost all condition.SO PEntiumD is so bottleneck to old 8 Sereis already this GTX200 series will be bottleneck it more and more |

change proc to the latest one, min C2D...that you won't feel the bottlenecking...

hi all, need some pointers from the nvidia master here.
i'm planning to buy a Nvidia Geforce 9800GTX or Geforce GTX 275, the specs for both cards says the slot is PCIE 2.0 x16, but my motherboard is Asus P5ld2-SE, which only have a PCIE x16 slot (it should be PCIE 1.0 x16), so can my board work with the above mentioned card?? Thanks! |

BTW, my PSU is 500W. Intel Pentium D 3.0 Ghz. 2gig RAM. Asus P5LD2-SE Mobo. could this be a power wattage problem?? Thanks Again! |

i think it's the power insufficient problem. do take in consideration what's the recommended power to the gc..maybe u missed it..and also the current rating your psu can supply. normally, real power or continuous power psu(which is more then average psu) got no problem, they built for those power hungry system.

Most probelm should be your Ram problem or mobo Bios problem....BTW your Processor is Pentium D also...your 8800GT only works like 8600GT only for sure because the bottleneck is too huge to your GC .....slow slow slowso anyone have this kind of problem?? any way to fix it?
