arctic cooling is very good brand for cooling your pc componentt especially GC, i've been using ac twin turbo..the performance is good..my GC no more hot when at load.

try 9800GT, it should give you noticeable graphic upgrade..nice performance though..

riva tuner works best for me..but then change to aftermarket cooler, better performance..no need to adjust the fan speed..

change proc to the latest one, min C2D...that you won't feel the bottlenecking...

i think it's the power insufficient problem. do take in consideration what's the recommended power to the gc..maybe u missed it..and also the current rating your psu can supply. normally, real power or continuous power psu(which is more then average psu) got no problem, they built for those power hungry system.

support both pcie ver. no prob, i've been using 88GT which is pcie2.0 but mobo is pcie 1.0. working perfectly. it's backward compatible.

at pc fair also got shop selling g.cards..but i dunno whether it is cheap or not..for me, i better go shop at the pc shop outside..easier..

i agreed, more power gives more room for the devices in the computer to utilize..i would settle with 750W if using GTX295, give it more 50% than the required power..

have you check your 12v current rating at the PSU. i read somewhere that you need minimum 40A at those 12v rails refer here . your psu suppose to be 36A at 12v rail refer here
