Why isn't Samsung and Viewsonic inside the list?

I wonder why LG LCD monitors are not so popular in Malaysia... They are the 2nd biggest LCD producers in the world after Samsung.

Once upon a time LG tends to be very popular but dropping out from the market share eventually. I'm not sure why but I still own a 22" LG biggrin.gif However, I love my Asus VK266H a lot more - better colour, contrast and screen size.

Both HDMI and DVI output digital signal, so you don't lose anything if you don't use HDMI. Just that HDMI can carry audio + video signal while DVI only carry video signal.

Well, you could always use a HDMI-DVI adapter.

I do, and it works just fine on my T220

you don't need tutorial for that, just connect them and change the setting for you video card to either clone, extend/horizontal span or dualview

Clone means both screen showing the same thing
Horizontal span means your desktop extend to the second screen
Dualview means you each display is configured independently

btw the above are for nvidia card though

I think if you compare the standard Dell 27" then Asus would be better in terms of colour, etc. If it's Ultrasharp then perhaps that would make a difference (costs a lot more as well). The other thing is, VK266H have multiple inputs with built-in speakers/webcam so I also have my Nintendo Wii plugged into it (Component)
