Ooo. What that "Credit Limit" means?
OMG! Mine is RM150... Is that a bad news for me?

I usually pay at the 3rd month and pay only RM 98, that means I'll owe them 2 months. This time I've forgotten and got barred.

My credit limit is RM 250 but I owed them RM 294...


Please pay your bill, even if you want to owe them, please calculate it correctly.
Don't be like me, in order to unbar it I need to pay full amount.
Luckily I used my credit card to pay.

i owe them rm98 x 4 = rm392 and my credit limit is rm250
i ady terminated my line early last mth and received this latest bill today
so wat can they do if i delay paying them ( now tat rm392 is earning interest in my MB2U ac)
i dun hav any postpaid wif them , juz a prepaid only

Why so unfair? My one if auto debit fail for 1 day, I'll get bar for everything...
It happen to me twice when my credit card somehow didn't auto debit the amount. I received a sms (warning). then reached the pay date, service barred... The worst is the problem lies in Celcom's state of the art system. CS admit it, but I'm the one that get victimized. The great CS still insist I pay first before unbar me (even the fault is on their side). Well, this is "boleh" land! Anything can happen!

I smell another problem by Celcom.

Well, this kind of problem can only occur in Celcom lol. i think best to pay them on time. I did ever since my subscription but thinking now to delay payment for this month. wif this speed dun really feel like paying them

Talking to Celcom careline now regarding my bad upload speed.

this is my payment pattern when i was using celcom

my monthly is rm98

i will wait till my bill reaches 3 mths rm98 x 3 = rm294 ( haha my credit limit is rm250 but thsy still dun auto terminate it)

then i will go to the celcom branch machine using my credit card to pay as usual BUT i will only pay rm100 ( its more than one mth pymt rite cause one mth is rm98 )
the system will hence tot tat u paid 2 mths and your line will not be barred
i will repeat paying rm100 every mth and still owe them abt 2 mth in actual and not got my line barred

I heard from TM people that that Celcom did not use TM line anymore for BB.. they using their own line now days. Not sure true or not..

well lets just say it is frustratingly difficult to post here today. for me at least.

Funny thing is that it happens only to Celcom Broadband from most of the other ISPs I have tried.

try perform speedtest. If displays ISP TM, it means they still use TM.
If displays ISP celcom like DiGi, then they're fully independent of using their own facilities.

why dun u guys complain to SKMM like wat i did?

Well, it is good to see that they are on their own but then it isn't up to expectations. The good old days with Celcom Broadband was better.

maybe now celcom hav added millions of users and thereby the network congestion persist albeit numerous so called "upgrades"
