QUOTE(allrightall @ May 15 2009, 02:01 PM) it is under charlie communications, macalister road there got one shop, just now they are going to invite the media only, luckily i managed to sign up, tonight Lim Guan Eng will come at 8 pm to officialy launch it. today 6 pm only can use, confirm free modem for explore and extreme package, but no compaq notebook, only hp mini available, need 24 months contract, monthly rm 128 or 138, can't remember correctly. now launching at gurney plaza ground floor, you guys won't miss it, got a big sign board there, lots of promoters. is 12 mths contract not 24mths and it's RM108 for Explore per mth.

QUOTE(yongkailoon @ Jun 8 2009, 07:17 PM) The promoter during the One Utama launch said that the modem for the Extreme package is on promotion at RM15 x 12 months so it is RM300, (original is RM30 monthly). Both he and she said that I can then choose to downgrade to a lower package and still keep the modem by continuing to pay the promotion price at RM15 x 12 months. What the staffs at DiGi said was that if I were to downgrade, I will have to pay the full amount of RM600 for the modem first before downgrading. I seriously think that this is ridiculous and it really isn't my fault as I went to the One Utama launch for 3 consecutive days and was told the same time by different promoters. I'm not sure when did u heard that. But if it's recently, then u can kick that promoter's arse. The current promotion is free modem if u subscribe to digi extreme plan. If u are saying u heard this last time, then it couldnt be possible because last time u cannot downgrade your plan. It's only recently they allow downgrading.

Hm.. they shudnt be tellin u that. Besides the modem is originated priced at RM50x12 and not RM30x12. The modem that cost RM30x12 is actually for explore and discover. I suggest u head down to the digi center to lodge a complain and direct it to their supervisor.

QUOTE(ks98 @ Jun 10 2009, 10:16 PM) i tell u... don't fully trust what promoter has said... i got different answers from different promoters with same question... better check it out from Digi call centre or website... black n white from Digi is the final word... promoter??? sometime they are part time only... Infact it's promoters that bring news of what's the latest package. Not many are willing to walk into digi centers unless their lines are blocked due to expired bills or over useage of credit limit. Most of the time some promoters are trying real hard to introduce the packages wheareas they got the impression from customers thinkin that they are tryin to cheat them Millions of money.

QUOTE(9M-MAS @ Sep 12 2009, 12:06 AM) OK now I'm losing patience. I have lodged three complaints about this to them in as many days. Nothing, no improvement. On top of that I notice they are beginning to disconnect me if I'm idle even for as little as 30 seconds! WTH? I know Maxis disconnects users after some time, but DiGi? And 30 seconds? I then have to try reconnecting a few times because I keep getting Error 619 when I redial... Man, what's wrong? Only last week everything was beautiful. The redial thing cud be probably digi's management software or whatever redialing. It just stays hang there but didnt properly shut down. That cud be the reason for error 619. Try to reinstall ur software or check wat's wrong with your pc. As we know malaysia 3G service is terrible due to the tmnut monopoly crap, so dont expect to get a perfect 3G service at all times.

been getting crazy disconnection from digi broadband lately. Unsure the reason. At first i thought is virus but run a couple of scans and details checkup on the pc. Seems no problem at all. And i notice a couple of folks start experiencing the same problem. Anyone else in here facing crazy disconnection lately?

Anyone have any issues with Digi's latest ZTE modem MF100? Unable to install, while installer is running it freezes at 90%. Or after successful install , Digi internet launcher is unclickable. Or when slotting in the modem , it refuses to detect the the digi installer on the modem causing u unable to install totally?
