Hi all, a newbie would like to seek for some help here.
I used to connect to digibb via Turbo3G but I can't do this anymore. Was disconnected from the server in the past afternoon and after that I am no more allowed to connect via Turbo3G (the error prompt stated that I must register to a network first...blah). Connection is only available thru EDGE (which is considered damn slow to me). Anyone experienced the same thing before?

that just sounds like temporary downtime for 3g network. wait til u get ur signal back and reconnect

no. no trial period.

take package without modem, just paid rm30 for registration. this amount will deduct from first billing. u can test around 2 week before billing start. if service not good, just terminate before billing start.

when billing start date u need to ask. else prorata + stamp duty will apply.

Go to any Digi Centre, Solaris Mont Kiara KL there open everyday, fast and easy. Others centre too many people.
Just tell them want to terminate, if you do not have any modem stick to their contract 12 month, no need to pay any outstanding.
They will terminate on the spot.
Wait for coming next month statement, they will show the balance pro-rated bill, and then settle it.

My experience is 10 mins only to terminate.

Guys,I got some question here.

Right now I suscribe 10GB @ RM88. I would like to downgrade it since I was busy with work and not even reach 2GB every month and feel wasted to pay it. Can I download it or I have to terminate this one and suscribe again ? ANy advice ? notworthy.gif

You can downgrade from your current plan to a cheaper plan and vice versa. just call their CS and tell them that you want to downgrade. Saves you lot of time of walking and waiting at the DC to terminate. I did the same thing it was easy, my bill was prorated with the new change in plan.

why do you want to terminate? I'm doing a small survey on Internet, it will be nice to know why you're terminating your line.

just walk into the DC can terminate but if I'm not wrong you need to settle the bills as well on the spot. if not you can downgrade to the new day plan they have very cheap RM38 only for life.

Wow massive termination. If DiGi still doesn't get it I don't know what else to say. I terminated mine eight months back amid frustration of getting 300Kbps within 3.5G coverage area - and was told that 300Kbps is acceptable as it is half of 700Kbps. WTH. Enough was enough.

Lately, I realized something special on bt download after i got capped to 128kbps. I managed to download btfile at the constant speed of 1mbps with just few seeds where as their IP are within the DiGi IP Range.

Picture below shows the speed I got when downloading a bt file from a seed which is have the same IP range as mine.

I got this message from DIGI, never rcvd this before.

You have reached the 100 MB daily quota. However you will continue to enjoy unlimited Internet usage at 128kbps until the next quota reset at 12am
