I would like to inquire about canceling my Digi bb. Currently using 3gb Discover Plan.

Mind sharing the your experience or process.

just walk into the DC can terminate but if I'm not wrong you need to settle the bills as well on the spot. if not you can downgrade to the new day plan they have very cheap RM38 only for life.

IMO, their line in my area is not good. I find its not worth the money I'm paying for. Their policy leave much to be desire.

I spoke to Digi Customer Service and for termination is to walk into any DC. And the person to terminate must be the owner. So I asked what if the owner is out-station, can a family member terminate and they said can't.
