yes recently. problem started like 4 weeks ago when digi sudd encounter serious lag and dc during peak hours. before that was very well. heard it was some hardware upgrading issues.

UPDATE: today cant even connect @.@ authenticate like forever, cancel it, re-connect so many times only manage to get a line. any idea it's because of the latest E1550 firmware?

I would suggest that we all call us digi's cs and file a complaint. The more complaints they get, the more they can see its serious...

i am using the 16gb package..i wanna ask right...watching pps or downloading save more bandwith? or zit both the same? coz i read b4 that pps the upload very high...whereas if utorrent u can cap the upload speed...

Guys, I'm having a problem here.
Well i signed up for DiGi broadband plan last month during PC fair, and paid RM130 which include huawei usb modem (RM80) and RM50 activation fee.

But when my monthly bill arrived, it asked me to pay for the modem again. Problem is, I have lost the receipt so how do i prove that i have actually paid for the modem?

can i share the info ?

it really depends on location lo. check ur coverage 1st. some locations are good. mine is okay. consistent speed. i use it at pj, shah alam, sunway and around kl office area...

ya location is most important. ask an agent to go to your place to test speed first before subscribing. you wouldn't know maybe your location has good consistent speed.

but for my case this is new. i've been using for the 8th month already this month. frequent dc has never happened before until now. it has always been good and consistent.
