Argh so tension i still cant access megaupload, rapidshare hotfile and etc. More worst case is torrent also cant.

How to share file if any of above cant access?

i think digi block me from access those page.

Any digi agent here, care to help me? Did digi will block my access to any file hosting website if im reach my usage limit. They just saying they will throtle my speed but didnt say will block access to file hosting page.

Mine also blocked RS HF etc etc after throttle, really hao siao one DiGi, Mine is Internet Unlimited 48.

u'll get that after exceeding ur quota

BUT can use some type of proxies or vpn to access those sites
ALTHOUGH ur speed will be 128kbps

Look at it this way, digi bb is the cheapest right?

THE GOOD NEWS: after one year, they'll increase ur mnthly quota:
3gb->4gb
10gb->12gb

today digi sent a letter to me saying my quota will be increased on my next bill.

and i only pay rm58/mth

Why they blocked, when i want to apply they didnt say anything about being blocked access to rapid,mega etc if reach my usage limit.

try both at ur place using their prepaid bb service.
borrow ur fren's modem to try out..

ultimately u'll exceed the quota, so to get a FEEL of 128kbps(for digi, maxis i not sure the throttled speed), download NetLimiter (of sumthing similar) and set max speed to 128.

then u decide.

is this the only solution or have other? can share a bit? i still want to stick with digi that why i want to find the solution for this problem.

for the hotspot shield is it just install and then wait it to connect and all my connection are bypass thru hs shield? how bout if i use jdownloder? is it auto bypass also?

I wouldn't sign up for P1, service is crappy one of my colleague signed up and service was ok for a week after that just went downhill. She went through a lot of hassle just to get her line terminated.

I rather pay a bit more for a good service rather then a cheap price for a cheap service!

Because i try to download some file at rapidshare and guess what "your ip is currently downloading...."

I've subscribed DiGi Broadband Explorer 10GB RM88 FREE Modem Promo at PC Fair last year (31 July 2009). According to the T&C, no contract applied but if terminate less than 1 year I need to pay RM15 permonth for modem for the remaining month. The price also will become normal (RM108) after 1 year.

So I've been thinking to terminate my account by 31 July 2010 and resubscribe at PC Fair August. I guess there must be some kind of promotion & freebies. Plus I dun have to pay for my previous modem since it is complete 1 year right?

My current modem is E160E. I think it is the old one. What is the latest current modem given by DiGi? Can request different modem on registration?

Woah..is it true increase 2GB? permanent or for a certain period only? any link to source or statement from DiGi?

How about the monthly subscription fees? Still RM 88.00 or RM 108.00?
