Just now I went to Low Yat Plaza thought wanna ask more and prepare RM 130 alr to pay for the upfront and modem fee but seem no ppl entertain me ... bloody salesman and salesgirl there !

从五月说起...五月八号早上10：30am我开了rm58无限上网五月九号11：00am后才开始用到五月二十一号结账时竟然rm220吓了我，我的配套是rm30+rm58更何况我才用了十二天拿了账单到digi理论他们查清楚后就答应在下个月扣除rm149给我经过一个月过后怎么知没有扣到给我我就打去c service那个服务员就说跟我做份报告并说在二十四小时或四十八小时将会有人打给我我就等过了四十八小时了也没有人打给我我就再打过第二轮另一个服务员就说再帮我send过去又说这次comfirm有人会打给我了盖了电话过后我就马上到digi centre去找回上次说帮我扣除账单的那个服务员结果没看到digi里的另一个服务员就说那个马来婆已经辞职了他帮我查了就说 那个马来婆在上个月没有帮我做到又说她现在帮我做要等到下个月才能扣除我就说上个月加现在这个月已经rm299了还要再等我不能，结果我就离开了再等多48小时看看吧...48小时又在过去了还是一样没有人打给我这时候我就很气了再打第三次去讲到很不爽了那个人服务开始差了也不肯扣给我要我再等下个月那我要关线也不能因为要关线就要还清但是我明明只是欠rm150而已怎么可以要我还rm299呢我当然不能接受啦她说digi会在两个月后退回一张支票给我我就说明明是你们的系统和服务的问题.......总之气死我了我想下个礼拜去把digi的line关掉好了 账单里显示它是错在九号那天算了我gprs一天的钱共rm149 |

haizz...I don't care if P1, Celcom, Maxis or even Streamyx doesn't cover my area. I just really wish Digi would come and bring their Broadband to Muar and Tangkak. Really, really desperate for some good service and speedy internets.
