Ditto... truth is, it is really hard. This is the 70% rule in the management field of study. 70% of subscribed speed 70% of the time. If we're not mistaken, the average of 700kbps is actually 70% of the 'market standard' speed of 1Mbps. Problem is, nothing is mention of a ceiling speed of 1Mbps.
So that 70% can be from anything? (not sure).
They use such terms like 'average', 70% rule, etc for marketing reasons and it is something new in the market. Most probably from the ITSMS ISO 20000:2005 IT Service Quality handbook. By the way, it is a good thing if they follow such standards.
yes, if Digi can follow these standards than definitely it's a win-win to both Digi and us... again, may be Digi personnel can give an answer of what the 70% meant...They use such terms like 'average', 70% rule, etc for marketing reasons and it is something new in the market. Looks like the speed is not consistent in last few days... I think it's time for Digi to provide us an explanation on this so that all of us wouldn't think that it's due to the increase of subscribers which potentially stop new user to subscribe.
