If you buy from Honda Malaysia, it will cost you RM4,750. But if you buy from Honda SA, it will be RM2k+. The second one will not be original (most probably Taiwan), but if they can somehow source from the factory which makes original, then it's good la.

However, there are forumers selling a good replica from Taiwan for RM1,800 (paint + installation) using PP Material. Are you planning to get one too?

Cool!
Aiya, you should have just joined our TT even without your car.
You are after all an owner already smile.gif

I heard Mugen bodykits for City will only be available around August something.. from Taiwan and the cost is 4k something (ABS).. original 1 needs around 9 to 10k.. if the source is accurate...

If it's going to cost RM9k - RM10k, not sure how many people would spend that amount of money on their car. It'll push the City to the RM100k range.
Oh well, the Mugen-wannabe kit doesn't look very nice anyway. I guess in a short few months, you'll see "other" kits around on the market smile.gif

hey bro..just back from melaka..with my baby (NHC)..just share with u all my conclusion for my trip to melaka with my NHC:
1) Happy  icon_idea.gif : the FC really good..i get 18.4km/l..i think no problem with full tank can reach 550KM plus if highway drive..
2) Unhappy  cry.gif : my Baby really underpower..when pickup..really dun feel the acc. When i side by side with avanza (7 ppl inside the car) with my NHC (3 ppl inside the car). the avanza really overtake me when pickup from trafiic light..HOW COME?? ohmy.gif i do used s mode with paddle shift..do the avanza driving skill too good? or my driving skill to bad??

Overall NHC is quite stable even in highspeed cornering..my record so far for highspeed was 150km/h..quite statisfy for the stablility of NHC.. notworthy.gif

Bro! What's the average speed you clocked on the highway??

Is the reading the one on the electronic display, or did you calculate manually??

I'm also from KL working in Melaka and from highway toll to toll the display shows 18km/liter driving at 110 to 120 km/hr. I did my full tank here in KL, drove to Melaka and used the car there for one week, before going back I pumped full tank and calculated manually my FC, just 11.4km/l. Not impressed with the FC but really love the stability, Im on D mode most of the time and sometimes tried the S mode just for curiosity sake. My mileage now is 600km and going back to Melaka tomorrow, next week will be my 1000km service.

Thanks for the share. Very interesting piece of article. I quoted this line which I find hilarious.

"The Q&A session that follows at the end of the media drive too offers some new insights into the 3G City. The most important question one has for any Honda VTEC engine will always be at what rpm VTEC engages. I asked this question and was told by Nakamura-san that even he is not sure exactly ! Apparently, during the course of R&D, the team played around with different VTEC points when they were trying to get that 'gutsy feeling'. And he simply forgot what rpm they eventually settled for."

It's best to get it knocked back and re-painted. Your option 1 and 2 would not be very good 'cos then it'll rust eventually. It's either you send it back to Honda, or go to a shop to get it knocked back and painted

Mind taking a picture of it? There's nothing a workshop cannot do, believe me.
Then you should go to a workshop to do it. What's ur location?

Maybe you can take tomorrow and post it up when you're less heartache. I only know of a workshop I went in USJ only.
