I understand starting work and needing money but trust me, the difference is almost negligible between 2.54% and 2.48%. It's only 0.06%, which totals up to RM4.05/month difference for 90% loan 9 years. That's what I meant. Hopefully the interest rates can dip below 2%, then can see more savings.

anyway when my city arrives in may, you can put me in the eastern region HCCC. hehe

Yep. They ran out of stock for Aorto Lock.
And I didn't want to waste time waiting for the next batch..
