Street Fighter IV
• Game version: US Playstation 3

• Gill is not allowed in tournament play.
• The in-game judgment feature will be used to determine the outcome of draw games.
• Each team must consist of two unique characters.
• Each Player must play one game. If players from different teams win, a playoff occurs with the players that won the earlier game.
Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix
• Game version: US Playstation 3
• Game Settings: Versus Mode, Speed 3, 2/3 Rounds, 2/3 Games, Remixed Mode.
• Akuma is not allowed in tournament play.
• Version 1.10
2/3 rounds, 2/3 matches would be nice depending the number of participants vs allocated time. 2on2 for SF4 would also be nice. Note that they haven't banned Seth. I think this is because it's the first time the console-SF4 is being played in a major US tournament hence they would like to see how pro-Seth players fair against the other characters - and determine if is he truly broken or not. If a char is banned without ever further exploration, it's a waste, right?

Guilty Gear Accent Core (+)
• Game version: US Playstation 2
• Game Settings: Versus Mode, 2/3 Rounds, 2/3 Games, 99 Seconds.
• Gold, Shadow, EX Characters are not allowed in tournament play.
• Kliff and Justice are not allowed in tournament play.
• If the players do not agree on a stage within 15 seconds, the match will be random stage select.
• If Final Boss Stage comes up on random select, players may opt to re-select another stage.
Soul Calibur IV
• Game version: US Playstation 3
• Game Settings: Versus Mode, 3/5 Rounds, 2/3 Games, 60 Seconds, 100% Health/Soul Gauge.
• If the players do not agree on a stage within 15 seconds, the match will be random stage select.
• There will be no customizing colors, names or items at any time before or during a tournament match. Any player that does so will be given a loss.
• Bonus characters are not allowed in tournament play.
• Version 1.03
Marvel vs Capcom 2
• Game version: US Dreamcast
• Game Settings: Turbo 1, Damage 2, 2/3 Games
• You may not use any glitch that prevent the game from being played. This includes game freezing, game resetting, player freezing, etc.
• Deadbody infinites are allowed to gain a positional advantage, but not to delay the game.
• Winner must keep same starting character, but can switch the order of assists.
• Winner may not use the "Switch Glitch" to have a different starting character.
• You may not use the same character twice on one team.
