i ady bank in the full amount for the cupcakes i order
then v agree to meet up at pj ss2 2pm
and i arrive sharp at two but the seller dint show up
sms her never reply
call her never pick up
then later only sms me back and say will replace my order double next friday(the cupcakes i order is for valentines)
then i want refund she say she was there so can only refund half
if she was there why she never show up???

im not con ppl la.. something happen to that things damage on transportation.. we also rugi larh.. did the cupcakes for nothing then also willing to refund to u.. better for u la.. and bad luck for me.. aiyohh.. still want start new topic here... better close this topic la.. sent already to those that nothing happen on their order...

BUT in my case, she told me that the Valentines stand finished already.
So need to replace with plain writing only.
Well, I don't really care at first actually BUT what do make me pissed off is that she only told me when I PMed her about my order status.
The thing is she asked me to make the order before 5th February and I do made the order on that day.
She has a lot of time to make sure there is no silly or minor problem with the order.
IF there tend to be a minor problem, I did left my phone number during my order and she could reach me thru my phone about this.
Why must wait for me to ask about the order status and then only told me that the stand is "habis"?
I asked few times thru PM on her phone number but she never tell me, so I just assumed the number on her avatar is hers.
I decided to communicate and ask her thru LYN since there is no confirmation about her contact number.
Since its already late at night and I don't have any backup plan for my Valentines and I already made the payment to her and she never did tell me that I can refund so I think I should just continue with the order and reply her PM to confirm to come on the COD day.
I bet she won't tell me about this until I go and COD with her tomorrow (Sunday).
Maybe during COD she says, "Alaa, forgot to tell you the stands finish already la, bla bla bla". whistling.gif

When I check my PM box tomorrow, she told me that I can still cancel my order and ask for refund. So I just straight away reply her that I want to cancel the order and asked her for a full refund.
After a while, she replied my PM saying that I cannot refund because I did not reply her PM last night
She never did tell me that I need to reply for refund before last night than suddenly tell me I can ask for refund?

Before you sell anything you should include all this thing what, the "upah", materials, bla bla bla.
Why suddenly easy2 charge people? Same like blaming us the buyer for the problem the seller encountered.

Finally she SMS me and decided to refund me RM29, one ringgit less from the actual price I asked for.
I did not reply her and I just "mengalah" for RM1.

This matter could be solve without any massive argument.I think ann_stasia should inform TS early regarding the cupcake is spoil during the journey.Don't make people waiting for u.It's really annoying.But for the TS,u should clarified it early if u still want the cupcakes coz to make cupcakes will need some time.

hello????i never blame you for the damage cupcakes.you never tell me what happen at the first place,if you tell,v can work out sth right,and as a buyer,i have right to know.and things won be so complicated if you just tell the truth at first place.i was like a dumb person waiting for you there.call her never pick up.i somemore stil agree to take the damage cupcakes...

You dont even bother to reply sms and emails from your buyer , how you expect us to buy from you in the future ?

I dont know about you guys but if you have taken the order and you can't make it , I'll be very pissed off. It's not about the refund , it's about the commitment - the deal and trust between the seller and the buyer.

what i didnt update.. for the 2nd case.., he said will collect on 14.. i should receive the new stand wordings stock on 13 but didnt receive the stock.. so on 13 i told him that the stand finished.. and also told him if he want me to refund or just get it with hand writing.. i didnt do the cupcakes yet that time.. then he didnt reply me.. so i did for the whole night all the cupcakes for the next day ordered.. then tomorrow morning he replied dont want to take that cupcakes.. he is from kajang and im from gombak too far for him to take the cupcakes.. and i think it is only the reason he want me to refund.. y didnt reply yesterday on 13? n y didnt call me? he paid for my cupcakes not my hp bills.. dont think that only him get mad.. i also get mad have to woke up for the whole night and did the cupcakes with his special superman and supergirl design wut so ever.then he asked me for refund next day but i also refunded.. bullshit la.. when i ask him reply that time la.. y should wait till tomorrow morning?!!! i dont even mind have to woke up for the whole night cozi want my cupcakes fresh when u receive it..

Hmm......I think its perfectly fair for TS to start a thread. Your service has not exactly been efficient (from what I can see) & your insistence that a refund is everything does not really apply on such day, being that it is Valentines Day. I think you should better organize your system in the future to prevent causing trouble for your customers, as well as to maintain your rep smile.gif

Just wanna know about 1 thing... if COD, why not pay at the time when u collect the cupcake instead of bank-in the money 1st & collect later?

It's a win-win situation for both buyer & seller in case something happened to any 1 of u...

of course hv to pay earlier coz i need to buy all the flour, butter and do their special design like write their gf's name on d cupcakes etc and since this is internet business.. if order now pay later much more to buyer win situation.. what if he doesnt come to collect? or cancel their order .. but if still want to cod also can.. dont order via net... can come to my place and put order.. this is more fair.. so we both know each other rite.. ya i also gave my address to my customer to collect their things.. i ve no problem if u want order directly from me.. even for delivery to shah alam from gombak i only take rm20 for wasting my time to deliver the cuppies.. that rm20 to shah alam only can pay my petrol n toll.. not my time and energy.. and for the delivery service, the buyer should bare the risk.. not us.. if dont want to take the risk come collect urself lah.. i dont mind about his complaint, this thread etc coz im not making profit in this business just fulfill my interest, my free time and fun in doing such a cute cuppies..

6. yes, i live in Kajang. but thats not the reason y i wanted to refund. FYI, i did several COD to Gombak, Klang, Shah Alam, Seremban to name some, i don't have any problem with the destination as long as the item i wanna buy is what i requested. and yes, i don't really care the minor changes to the cupcakes and still proceed to do the COD until u offer the refund, since i don't satisfied and don't get what i wanted its better for me to ask for refund rather than wasting my time getting something i don't like. that is the reason y i asked for refund.

7. you nvr say a single SORRY word for your mistake which shows what type of attitude you got as a very "RESPONSIBLE" seller who only blamed their customers.

i just have one thing to say here,i pay rm20 for the deliver fee(from gombak to pjss2).so the rm20 i pay include the job of the seller to make sure the cupcakes deliver to me without any damages or not???and she never state any risk or what terms that they will be risk in delivery.so i assume is her responsibility to make sure the good are well taking care of during the delivery.but now the cupcakes cream deliver by her staff melt on the way,so isit just like what she say buyer should bare the risk???

i should have not interfere in this but i really kenot tahan ! As a seller, you need to take responsibilities for watever happened. Obviously, you failed as a seller. With proper explaination and apology, I biliv TS will accept it.

agreed and the seller's replies are pretty arrogant & unrepent shakehead.gif . bear in mind that your poor managed business arrangement shud not pushed it to your customer...

bad weather? everyday is sunny hot day Not only on the day you deliver those orders and you shud do all the necessary to ensure prompt delivery...

even if you hv failed, update your customer in advance and offer refund/back up plan immediately, rather then waiting for ppl to contact u...

as a seller..u knew how fragile the item was and u yet charge quite "good" on the shipping price so u should be prepare for any worse case scenario..u understand ur item was sensitive to heat,u should have solved the prob by using any method posible(such as put in in chill box with some dry ice on the bottom)..if cannot solve it,dont prepare the service la..
u are not so prepared..failed to be a responsible person..yet very rude in dealing ur customer complain..

Just another irresponsible seller....damage to the cupcake (due to the weather) is just a silly excuse. This is malaysia, the weather is hot 365days of the year...so i expect the seller to be bloody prepared to transport the cupcake. It's like those ice cream sellers on motorbikes......u don't see them selling u melted ice cream rite?

Look at Aliadon....He sells cakes + cupcakes too....I have dealt with him numerous times....0 problems wutsover...That is what i call a responsible & reliable seller....He transports it using his bike some more!!! NO ICE BOX!

we can met and gave him the damage cupcakes on that day.. but we rather refund his money than gave her gf such a bad gift on that special day.. and we also took that as our responsibility that why we offered his refund.. but he still want the damage cupcakes.. we also cannot gave him the damage cupcakes coz it will give us bad reputation.. but now we already get the bad feedback.. so we no longer offer the service via internet.. for the delivery service we had no preparation coz that was the 1st time we provided such delivery service coz it was valentines day so we were thinking about giving some1 surprise.. so no experience b4.. so sorry..

I know sometimes buyer keep use "customer rights" to flame seller ... but ... that's the fact . As seller , we need to accept all the complains from customer with the correct way .

as a seller ...dont so rude ... be patient with the customer ... listen to them ...

Always know your product whether is fragile or tahan lasak one ...

If you know it will melt or damage during transportation , why dont you put it in a freezer ? wrap it nicely ? The cost is paid by buyer , not you ... so , what to scare of ?

Always talk nicely to customer ... and keep communicating with them ... update them ...

And ... you are giving other buyer a bad image on you ! shakehead.gif

Good , every single business to you , every comment to you , is a lesson to you ... next time , know what you are doing and typing , think 100 times before doing it , think whether it is nice , think whether this will ruined my biz image . A word of advice...try not to deal via SMS. Words can be easily misinterpreted as cocky & arrogant. I understand as a seller, you want to reduce cost.

OR

you could do what some online sellers do...they use a sms template. Every customer will receive a homogeneous message regarding their order thumbup.gif
