BUT in my case, she told me that the Valentines stand finished already.
So need to replace with plain writing only.
Well, I don't really care at first actually BUT what do make me pissed off is that she only told me when I PMed her about my order status.
The thing is she asked me to make the order before 5th February and I do made the order on that day.
She has a lot of time to make sure there is no silly or minor problem with the order.
IF there tend to be a minor problem, I did left my phone number during my order and she could reach me thru my phone about this.
Why must wait for me to ask about the order status and then only told me that the stand is "habis"?
I asked few times thru PM on her phone number but she never tell me, so I just assumed the number on her avatar is hers.
I decided to communicate and ask her thru LYN since there is no confirmation about her contact number.
Since its already late at night and I don't have any backup plan for my Valentines and I already made the payment to her and she never did tell me that I can refund so I think I should just continue with the order and reply her PM to confirm to come on the COD day.
I bet she won't tell me about this until I go and COD with her tomorrow (Sunday).
Maybe during COD she says, "Alaa, forgot to tell you the stands finish already la, bla bla bla".
When I check my PM box tomorrow, she told me that I can still cancel my order and ask for refund. So I just straight away reply her that I want to cancel the order and asked her for a full refund.
After a while, she replied my PM saying that I cannot refund because I did not reply her PM last night
She never did tell me that I need to reply for refund before last night than suddenly tell me I can ask for refund?

Then for the first time, she SMS me a while after I offline. Maybe she managed to topup her phone or something
She insists on refund me. I reply her asking to minus the two cupcakes that have my gf name and my name.
I believe what I asked is fair enough since she can still sell other cupcakes because they all are hers design.
She replied saying that she has to minus two more cupcakes since it is from my personal requested design.
I say ok, RM30 then. Suddenly she told me she will minus RM12 which means a single cupcakes is RM3.
If my math is right, RM40 / 16 cupcakes = RM2.50 per piece.
She told me she kena charge extra because the two requested design is a bit "susah" to do and she need to ask her friend to do it for her.
WTH I responsible for the extra charge? She the seller and she set the price RM40 then thats it la.
Before you sell anything you should include all this thing what, the "upah", materials, bla bla bla.
Why suddenly easy2 charge people? Same like blaming us the buyer for the problem the seller encountered.
Finally she SMS me and decided to refund me RM29, one ringgit less from the actual price I asked for.
I did not reply her and I just "mengalah" for RM1.
