Hmm......I think its perfectly fair for TS to start a thread. Your service has not exactly been efficient (from what I can see) & your insistence that a refund is everything does not really apply on such day, being that it is Valentines Day. I think you should better organize your system in the future to prevent causing trouble for your customers, as well as to maintain your rep
