Anybody here using Mobisure Plus+ insurance for any their mobiles? Or know anyone using it?

I've been asking around and it's quoted for around RM24.50 per month for our Tubies... Theft, damage full replacement + 60 day international coverage... hmm.gif

That + GPS tracking... Great proctection, wouldn't you think?

Check the attached PDF... biggrin.gif

Attached File  Mobisure_Flyer.pdf ( 340k ) Number of downloads: 54

Anyhow, still bugging the person in charge for a copy of the Terms and Conditions for me to study first (aka. the infamous FINE PRINT), before I can even think of committing myself or pushing others to do the same... biggrin.gif

As for GPS tracking, thinking of buying, maybe even bulking and selling a certain S60 safety program... As even the Jackie Sparrows haven't cracked the latest version of it, and it works well enough to warrant a purchase!

Although S60 veterans should be mighty familiar with it anyhow... brows.gif

Remember kids, Jack to try... if it's worth it, Pay to keep! Some of the devs really have a family to feed yo... biggrin.gif

EDIT: The guy at Tecprotec (the mobisure guys) just emailed back and said that the T&C will only be on the application form... sweat.gif

Well, the Insurance companies havta keep their ricepot (jaga periuk nasi) somehow... brows.gif

Will update you guys more later... biggrin.gif

I'm using Mobisure Extended Warranty. Bought the phone together with this extended warranty for RM1400 at Mobile Star Communications, Penang. I was quoted RM1380 without the extended warranty. I'm not sure whether I bought this extended warranty overprice.

I will scan and upload the terms and conditions tomorrow.

yeah.. bought at the day i bought the phone at RM25 which i think it's expensive. But, the SP does not have any pre-cut holes at the proximity sensor there and yet it works fine. I bought another one from the forumer here for backup and applied the extra camera cover protector.

Isn't the W980i the flippy SE? Ur comparing apples to oranges here bro, smartphone vs stylephone... But i dare say sq from both are comparable, the 5800 wins speakerwise imho (it retains more detail), and in terms of inbox headphone sq, the hpm-77 that comes with th W980i wins easy... With better cans, the 5800 sounds a tad richer imho... And tcmean bro, thanks in advance for the scans...

sry didnt notice tht, just wan to compare the sq so i guess its ok? biggrin.gif thks for the opinion btw,i think i will pick the 5800,since i wont be using the hpm-77 for sure, have my creative ep630 in hand tongue.gif, but on the other hand i have this thking of trying out the hpm-77,and the lack of 3.5 mm jack on SE phones adds another point to the 5800
