Just tired the demo.

Feels like Shift is even better than GRID.

The in car view is damn awesome.Really feel like you are in a car.

The sense of speed is damn good too.

The London track is hard though.

The AI is quite decent,IMO,but i think later on,i can beat them like no tomorrow.

Havent try the other 3 cars yet.

Runs great on my com.All medium,lags a little bit.

Feel like getting it now.

my settings... run perfectly with 30-40 fps...
included also some setting for momo user and basic tune for currently car that applied to my evo 10 and skyline

for me, i used the easy way. change tuning back to simple. no more boingboing XD

hahah i got 25% hang of drift di, apparently, like 'real life' it uses throttle to steer. but unlike real life, there's no real sense in the front grip, always undaundaunda one

stage 4 cars cannot be upgraded, only tuned. what a bummer. i need better brakes on the veyron which at this moment, is set to 100% front brake bias for inane reasons by the computer

oh yeah, i agree london track is a beeatch. 1st straight over the bridge into a 7 left, there's a strip of pavement in the middle which looks like the road surface. 1st time down that corner, i flew and crashed

Agree on this!! i cant control my car in GRiD with in car view.. but with ShiFT its playable

I agree. And the feeling is really like playing NFS ProStreet + the game engine already 3 years old if not mistaken.

this game can mod the visuals ?

testing the 'full demo' version of the game
the car is quite easy to control compare to rFactor/LFS simulators.
Less spinout compared to GTR2. Feels like the car tyres really stick on to the road.
but maybe it is just like what the developers said from autosimsport, real car are easy to drive slow and fast. I will wait and see before giving out any more comment.
BTW, i do feel like the car behave a little bit like RBR. Maybe the tyre physics is written by one of the developer from RBR.

give this game 8.5/10

Things i like :-
+Beautiful cockpit view that makes me feel i own that car
+Nice engine sounds
+Sense of speed when u start to reach 200kmh
+most of my fav cars are in the list

The only thing that giv me frustrations is :-
-Option for control couldnt be changed during racing.
-Replay music is lame.
-No mouse control.
-Ai is noob when cornering, and like to test ur reaction skill by suddenly applying brake in front of u.
-Damage modeling is badly done
-cannot save l33t replay

still cant try out dis game...gotta balik raya tomorrow..
come quick 4th raya,i'll be back to test it on my rig...

off-topic: i need new lcd 20inch...used one can oso..as long as priced <rm400...sick n tired of my 15inch...zzzzz...

I cant wait... when will the official version reach our shores?
