QUOTE(sbd @ Aug 14 2015, 05:14 PM) how much for the 1 year and 2 year validity? QUOTE(ohtheirony @ Aug 14 2015, 07:25 PM) I got sms said 6 months 1 year rm30 2 years rm50 Must reload rm30 within 6 months AFTER purchase validity QUOTE(pokemon01234 @ Aug 14 2015, 11:41 PM) I think if you buy 1 year validity, you need to topup RM30 within 3 months And if you buy 2 years validity, you need to topup RM30 within 6 months But it is always the best to topup the RM30 as soon as possible, since the RM30 is your own credit to use Hi, guys. Yep. Sorry, my bad. SMS from celcom reminded to top up RM30 within 6 months. I have no idea why I typed 3 months. Too excited to share the news with you all I guess.

Or must do every year? if following year want to renew validity, must top up RM30 again? Everytime you purchase the one/two year validity, after purchase confirmed, you have to top up at least RM30 within the first 3/6 months to keep the extended validity. Else it will expire after that 3/6 months. I bought 2 years validity in 2013, and now bought again also still need to top up that RM30. This post has been edited by cmon: Aug 15 2015, 09:06 AM

Hey guys, does anyone know if there is a way to get celcom to email me my e-bill instead of having me login to the customer care to check my bill every time?
Quite a hassle. Digi always emailed me the bill and made it available in their OCS system. Not sure if Celcom doesn't provide this or I just haven't set it up properly.

I purchased a magic sim online on 6/7 august, but then i did not noticed that i have to activate the number within 3 days, after 2 weeks i found out that the credit was expired, after that i sent a request on celcom homepage, and they called and told me my number is not register yet, and i have to go to any celcom branches to register for it, so i went to celcom jalan ampang on the next day and submitted the form.
After 2 weeks, still cant make any calls or topup to the number, and then i went to celcom jalan ampang again, this time they told me my number was expired on 2013 but not 2016, the celcom staff said this is under another department, and she will confirm with the department and call me on that day or the next day.
After 1 week, still no calls from them. And then i went there again, same thing, the reception talked to me and i told him my case blah blah blah, and another staff asked me to wait again, and she will follow up my case and give me a call after she confirm with the department. Again, i back home and wait.
Till now, 1 week, and no calls from them, my number still havent register yet, ps : thats a recycled number. So, any suggestios please.

Hi guys,
May I know how does this advance payment actually works for Celcom?
I have a supplementary 1+5 plan being charged RM30 advance fee for the first month.
However, my second month bill doesn't deduct the RM30.
So when will they rebate me the RM30?
Thanks!

QUOTE(ringonme @ Sep 25 2015, 09:08 PM) Hi guys, Anyone know someone who can help with account reactivation? (xpax) ..... Hmmm ..... OCS not authorized to reactivate ... Long time ago I "assisted" someone to reactivate and owner must go to service centre for verification as a/c owner and must do on-the-spot topup. Your original credit is forfeited as per TnC.

Do you mean after the expiry grace period (100days?) and yet we can still save back the current expired nos ?

The (deactive) grace period for xpax is now only 50 days. Yes, you can get back your old number ... do not delay and be quick about it ... before they recycle it. Best of luck.
