Good day, Celcom fans. I am an XPAX user. I had reloaded RM50 in May because I wanted to subscribe to the 2yr validity (which mine expired in May). However, the service is "temporarily unavailable". I had reloaded again in June and July to keep my line active, but due to low usage, I have accumulated quite a sum of credit balance in my account. I wish to "share" my credit out, so if anyone is interested in some GST-free credits, please PM me. Thanks! I also welcome people who are affected with the same problem to contact me, maybe we can share credit with each other to keep our lines active (without reloading more credits into our already bloating account).

Hey guys, IOX and XPAX extended validity is back. i have tried to extend usig *118# easy menu doesn't work, but SMS EXP1 or EXP2 to 28882 works. Just need to remember to top up total of RM30 within 3 months to maintain the validity.

I think if you buy 1 year validity, you need to topup RM30 within 3 months
And if you buy 2 years validity, you need to topup RM30 within 6 months

But it is always the best to topup the RM30 as soon as possible, since the RM30 is your own credit to use tongue.gif

Hi, guys. Yep. Sorry, my bad. SMS from celcom reminded to top up RM30 within 6 months. I have no idea why I typed 3 months. Too excited to share the news with you all I guess.

about that top up RM30 within 6 months, is it only for the first time subscribing to validity? Or must do every year?

if following year want to renew validity, must top up RM30 again?

Everytime you purchase the one/two year validity, after purchase confirmed, you have to top up at least RM30 within the first 3/6 months to keep the extended validity. Else it will expire after that 3/6 months. I bought 2 years validity in 2013, and now bought again also still need to top up that RM30.
