Guys, I just got my first 38 plan.

May I know is 1300 phone call included in the 50 minutes free call? 

I got charged for it.

Hi guys,

May I know how does this advance payment actually works for Celcom?

I have a supplementary 1+5 plan being charged RM30 advance fee for the first month.

However, my second month bill doesn't deduct the RM30.

So when will they rebate me the RM30?
