I am looking for a Celcom center which has PortaWifi 4G device in stock.

Can anyone share if you know where has it? I tried to ask in Puchong IOI Mall and they only have 3G version.

Celcom website did not even have their centers contact number.

You won't see the individual center's contact number in their website. How about calling the main number and get them to help you from there?

Thanks for the reply. Actually I do not call but engaged their online customer service. They said they are unable to check. My boss is ok with the 3G device. So have registered with it.

Hi guys, wanted to ask if the existing Easy Installment plan is applicable to existing Celcom customers (I already had completed my 2 year contract with them) and whether or not they will add an additional 12/24 months contract depending on the repayment period that I choose.

yes, as long as the plan is active, u can use wasap.

500mb is not much, but with 64kbps. it should not be draining fast.

btw, rm5 only give your 5 days validity.

ya as student i buy rm5 a day before expiry date and top up only after get the msg saying pls top up to bla bla bla

I plan to convert my Maxis BES 99 to Celcom Basic Internet 85.
not sure it is a good move...
feel that maxis coverage is become suck compare to celcom nowdays.

by the way, is there any way I can check the celcom wifi location? it is only available at celcom center or bluecube?

Celcom has been overcharging me for 6 months now and making me pay. I have filed a complain with Celcom and CFM. But celcom say still under investigation and never reply after that. how? i cannot continue to pay for something i didn't use. the bill also doesn't add up.

Quick question, if you use up all the calls but not SMS, there won't be any optimiser to give additional calls and SMS right?

Reason is I'm actually eyeing on the data, so I need to finish up the 2GB first before getting extra, however my concern is I use up calls pretty fast too but definitely not SMS.

I don't want the optimiser to give me extra calls/SMS.

i saw cheras celcom got.

They will give you 600 mins call + 600 sms optimiser even if you did not use up the SMS.

So for your case, your data and call will be racing to see who is using up faster.
