Btw how come my phone doesnt show the time/date when keypad locked ? all it show is blackscreen.

I have set to show time/date in the settings but still blackscreen, once i press keypad or unlock only it will show for 1 sec then show normal home screen liao.

I even downloaded DrJukka Key Lock Clock, yet still the same.

coz n79 firmware is the same firmware for n85...
n85 is using OLED screen, and they have powersave mode which displays blank screen to save battery....

my v30 firmware Avaxx n79 is now at the Hello Station service center.

It started last night when i was listening to radio, the screen flickered to black and then returned to normal, then it happened again, then before i know it, the display blanked altogether.

Tried multiple restarts/battery pull, multiple keylocks, but still no return to function. Call in, call out, receive sms, send, pc suite, Content backup all ok. the LCD was the only dysfunction, strangely the backlight was ok.

Guess have to wait a few days while it gets fixed. using my dad's spare nokia 5610 for now.

Anyone knows any other softwares that can fullscreen the wallpaper on standby and so on?

I've searched google and only managed to find this software called : freefswp.

Seems that it doesn't work for N78 and N79.

Like smokey says....canot be done.

guys...what happen with my phone, after i gave phone shop seller format my phone, my msn canot open...

1) The seller do hard format o jz restore to factory setting???
2) Where do u save ur msn??? (in phone memory o memory card?)

If ur phone did a hard format, that means all data u installed in ur phone will lost.
Try to re-install back ur MSN again and make sure it's save in memory card.

i try in the DOWNLOAD to download the file but cant. my msn save in phone not memory card. so where can i download the msn now ?

Have u try to format ur memory card too?

I jz can recommend u to format all (phone & memory card) then only install back what u need.
Save all software o theme in memory card too, if not it's hard to find the way to delete it.

i'm using tweets60 mainly for twittering, though fring works ok ok only.

to check your software version, you can use the "SW checker" icon or press *#0000# on your phone/
latest firm ware is 30.019 released 11/06/2009 but you can choose not to upgrade.
normally, upgrades is recommended if you face certain issues with phones, or when nokia pushes out newer applications like Ovi or Nokia maps

any guy can guide me where to download ? i tried download the msn in the download application in phone, CANT. I need to download a msn latest is suit for my phone 3.2 edition.
