Any1 here get freebies from digi? Press *128# go acc info and freebies.. Received freebies msg las week.. I thought it credited into my main balance.. Mana tahu the bonus went into freebies voice.. That y i hav been enjoying free cals to other no. And network only get rm3.58 but can cals more than 4 hour d.. Balance now still rm2.58 in the freebies.. yesterday i reload rm30 for my data plan get my birthday bonus.. But the birhday bonus also went into freebies... Wanna ask is tis bonua also for voice also.. If so.. Tis is shitty..las time the bonus will credit into main balance and u can jus do wat ever u want with it...


Added on May 1, 2009, 10:38 amOk update regarding freebies..birthday bonus--> U can do wat ever u wan with it.voice bonus--> jus voice.. It will deduct from ur freebies balance b4 deducting from ur main balance..

I am totally agree....their customer service quality become more deteriorating....

if i call helpline.....nowadays, they are not so helping....need two wait 2-3 days and keep calling them to resolve any issues..

as for d'chat....they have implemented queue number (like at post office)....last time i wait almost 15 minutes to get someone chatting with me...



Hey, anybody here facing problem with your postpaid bills?? What I mean is there anybody have transaction/call from previous billing cycle included inside thei latest bill??

It so unfair if Digi do like this since our unused commitment fee cannot be carry forwarded.

As example for my case...


February bill: call usage RM42.00 (under minimum monthly commitment RM50) - so i need to pay RM50++

March Bill: call usage RM 70.00. But it is included some calls from February billing cycle at amount RM 6.00.

It is not fair when i need to pay additional RM 6.00 for March bill, when it supposed cover under my February Bill which my usage under commitment.


Any body facing this same problem??? Come feedback since i am thinking to report this kind of fraud to SKMM.

customer service is not the main thing... the line is... it's getting very very bad lately... very often drop line... 1 normal call and gets a few times drop line... tat's bad...

actually, i'm looking for a celcom line, wondering will it be alot better? hmm.gif

hi. i'm now using a sub-line under my bf. i'd like to know, can i be my father's sub-line of the edge data service while maintaining the same no i'm using right now? btw, my father is using monthly data service (without voice). thanx. smile.gif

Nope you can't
In order to register for a Supp Sim for data, the main line need to have voice and data unlimited in 1 sim card

So for your case, either you subscribe to a new Data Only Sim package or activate the Data Unlimited into ur existing sim card
