I was shocked , start of May I received a message
"The monthly fee of RM3.00 has been deducted for your FuYoh subscription."

I did not subscribe for it , and now it is charged RM3.00 per month on my number
I tried to disable by pressing *128# , and navigate through it , but failed

Anyone know how to disable it ?

Any help will be appreciated
Thanks

Then, just activate to any DiGi prepaid I Like Plan. It is free of charge.

Since you are active in SMS-ing, then you may try one of the I Like's plans - Super SMS whereby you get free SMS-es to any DiGi number for that day after you have spent RM 0.50 on SMS. Each cycle lasts for 24 hours, starts from 12.00 a.m.
To activate it, dial *112*2# and press call.
For more information can refer to this website: http://www.digi.com.my/whatshot/promotions/ilike/rate.do

Fruitie, is there anyway to stop the monthly commitment charges from accumulating. I've got a scenario here .. overdue payment uncleared and do not have sufficient money to settle it and yet the monthly charges are rising. Any way to stop it ? ...

I've asked the OCS and yet they don't really kinda helpful either. Just keep on telling me that there is NO way to stop it .. doh.gif

Cheers ~

I don't think so. The better option is to downgrade it. smile.gif

No. Only WLM is free of charge. Normal surfing to the Internet will be charged. 10 sen = 10kb

You mean by downgrading the package plan can at least reduce the monthly commitment charges right ? ..
Just to lower down the amount of accumulated overdue payment. unsure.gif

Yes, only RM 3/month for unlimited chats at anywhere, anytime. smile.gif
Well, for now it is still in free trial period. It will end on 15th May, if I'm not wrong. smile.gif

Try to use DiGi Internet as the access point, not DiGi GPRS.
It should work.

If you don't have this access point preloaded, just create a new access point, under APN set it as diginet.
Other details just leave it blank.
