Hi guys,
I just serviced my waja cps at 10,000km. I just bought the car 2 month ago. Lately, there a few times (3 incident) where I failed to START the engine car at 1 trial. I thought that all new cars have this kind of problem. Failed to start the car at 1 trial. Any opinion guys?? Thanks |

Few I can think off....Power window's Chassis knocking noise at joint area Throttle Body failure Jerking gear shifting, gear 1 to 2 on AT Door handle broken easily Glove box handle broken easily Steering wheel coating peel off Fuel pump breakdown (can be avoided if not always running below red line) The only major i can say is power window failure, but we can change to metal type. 2nd is chassis noise, not all car have that. Anyway I'm going to get a second waja for my wife as well hehehehe |

QUOTE(chipotato @ Sep 15 2009, 01:42 AM) if u have done ur planning update to waja cps, please share with me coz i like to do it too.. like to change headlamp, 5 botton n gear shifted. budget constraint and non avaiability of 3rd party parts (no supplier for OEM parts)proton quoted ridiculous prices, so i planned to smoke my headlamps the 5-button costs about rm250, which price i think is unjustifiable for a simple thing the gated shift is rm600+ - didn't get it too since i am savin gmoneuy for LED tail lamps (aka m5 style?) QUOTE(matt wee @ Sep 15 2009, 07:58 AM) from my previous exp of burnt ECU, proton says there is only 2 ECU available - the Mitsubishi (for 4g18p engines) and Siemens (for campro s4hbla bla bla engine)and yes, the mitsu is self learning, and also self forgetting QUOTE(zenwarlord @ Sep 15 2009, 11:13 AM) VDO is instrumentation for the cluster meter panel. also, since VDO is Siemens (they call it Siemens VDO), |

am on 210 front with 195/55/r15. and 195 rear with 205/55/r15.
profile 60 can take 215 f / 205 r. that is if you always carry ppl at the back. else, 210 f /190 r is fine. |

QUOTE(zenwarlord @ Sep 16 2009, 07:20 PM) QUOTE(Andy0625 @ Sep 16 2009, 08:36 PM) erm.. i think those figures should refer tp kPa, not PSIif PSI, just around 29 - 32 is nice 29 for comfort, 32 - 34 if you want to save your wheels from kinks and dents from potholes (very bumpy ride) |
