Investment - not quite the word I would use. i think the word 'investment' is appropriate...but in education....the returns of which cannot be measured in dollars and cents....an added benefit of investment in education, msian style, is the potential returns in terms of opportunity to work/live in another country.... |

urban rural divide and maldistribution exist in all bigger sized countries.....
it's a big problem in oz too.... certainly a major problem in msia....particularly big states like sabah and sarawak.... |
