sorry i assumed that since yahoo began as a web browser so any product from yahoo would retain it's core business as a web browser. sorry my bad. will try to re-install opera mini for sure but via other methods other than the E71's wifi. thanks for the advise.

Yahoo never began as a web browser, it was and has always been a website.

Anyway i've asked before, anyone knows how to set a specific time for the calendar reminder? Right now you can only choose 15 min before, 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours and so on.

And also when you have sms or missed calls, they don't show on the standby screen, any way to have notifications?

Thanks but i didn't mean that, i've got that set up correctly, i meant the screensaver. You know after some time your phone goes into power saver and becomes blank, and you can press any of the d-pad to show the time, it doesn't have any notification of missed calls or sms on that.

i know other nokia models can do it.

if this phone can't do it... is there any 3-rd party software that can do it for this phone?

Guys, how do you increase the speaker's loudness? (not the speak on the top, but the one where you listen to calls)

Cuz everytime someone called, i barely make out what they are saying.

today, at a shopping centre, I saw a new owner bought E71 from a nokia dealer. Later I went to Nokia, and enquired about the price why the difference. A new owner realised his transmitter was ori but the accessories werent. Got ripped off in paying the price.

I was lucky i didnt get the set from eariler. I opted for the standard price (vs from the other shops) and negotiated for a freebie too tongue.gif

The Nokia sales staff was friendly and polite. I am happy owner of this Grey E71 (Zitron incl accessories) after a few months of waiting.

cheers
