guys... should i get martin fields screen protector or zagg's invisible shield?
i'm currently using the stock nokia screen protector that comes with the phone n it has plenty of scratches alrd...

care to post some pics of ur invisibleSheild? it will definitely give us an idea of how it looks like...

guys... can i lock my message n media folder in an E71? (put password for these 2 folders only)

i know other nokia models can do it.

if this phone can't do it... is there any 3-rd party software that can do it for this phone?

This will only require more batt usage. i strongly advice u not to use it.
anyway, if u really need to use a wifi, just scan it manually la...

anyway... back to my question... any 3rd party software to lock certain folders?

btw, the E63 has a built in torchlight button(damn unfair cos i find it damn useful). any more difference between e63 n e71?

hey guys.... any idea how i can change a spelling in my e71?

for example, in messaging, i typed HELLO! once...... since then, everytime i tried to type Hello. it will automatically change to word to HELLO!. as it remembers HELLO! as default rather than Hello.

it's pretty annoying cos i have to always choose for certain words in my e71.

i hope u guys understand wat i'm trying to say here. and i appreciate the help. thanks!

i used to do this as well. right after i sent my msg, immediately i exit everything. sometimes the msg goes thru. sometimes it doesn't. it's normal.
so, just to be sure, i just wait for the "message sending" icon to disappear.
that means that ur msg is sent.

Press T to focus. there is no auto-focus. it's like a semi auto focus where u have to press T to focus.
same goes to macro mode. just press T

btw, the v200.21.118 firmware is AWESOME! i love the camera so much more now and the contact search at the main page is freaking cool.

n is there an application to use the phone's flash light as a torch light? just like the e63?

something shitty happened to my phone when i installed the latest FW.

after upgrading the firmware, my phone asked for the phone lock code. i entered the default value (12345) and it won't open. i nvr change the phone lock code before.

i upgraded the FW a few times before but never encountered this prob. this is the first time.

so, i sent the phone to nokia care centre and they said this is the first time they r hearing bout this prob. anyway, my phone is in sick bay now. hopefully i can get it back asap.

just to inform u guys....

er... and how do u full format a phone? i tot the only way is that u can upgrade the firmware using the nokia software upgrade?

if to do a full format, i have to access the menu... i can't..... cos the phone is lock...

so could u pls kindly explain how to full format an e71? thanks
