today i went Nokia display center to check out their display set E71,
found that got the same problem too, light leakage.
but i found that the lower grade E63 totally no light leakage between the Lcd & keypad ! and the E63 keypad is very fit to the E63 housing, totally can't move around no matter how i push it !
beside the light leakage, E71 is a nice phone,
hopefully Nokia can fix this problem soon.
Lol. I went to the nokia display at midvalley too. I even went to berjaya plaza NCC hoping that they can tighten it. The technician said that they must have alittle bit of spacing to let the top part of the keys function if not if too tight will have like weird sound. Dont know he BS me or what la.found that got the same problem too, light leakage.

I tested the E63 yes they seal it up nicely,i wonder if i can write an email to nokia linking them to this thread and borrow the forummer's pic from here see if they can rectify the problem or not.
