Whenever I make a call out, there will be a NOTE:ACTIVE DIVERTS message shown but I am still be able to make an outgoing call.

How can I get rid of this note?

I dont think so there is an option to turn that note off. Basically i think it means if u didnt on yr call waiting, ppl who call u while u are on the phone will have their call diverted to whatever number u have in there

I'm having the same problem too. I'll upgrade the phone firmware later to see whether it can solve this problem. Bro, when you call out, is there any active divert notes on the screen?

yeah, but i think thats normal...n my firmware is already the latest...

Maybe you are using the old contents from your memory card etc. I have that problem if I bring my old contents. What I usually do is clear everything from memory card & start fresh. The only thing is import back is my contacts.

updated new firmware last week.
travelled back to ipoh today.
got a call near slim river
screen says XXXX calling
press answer .. nothin happen
press exit call .. nothin happen
press all buttons .. nothin happen

...

take out battery 1st time .. screen still on (WTF?)
take out the battery 2nd time .. went off

restarted

...

made a few calls just to make sure it was still working

anyone had the same problem?

Yep it does . Nothing to worry bout it bro.

I think the Active Diverts will only pop-out when you use Celcom. When I use my maxis simcard it doesn't come out. My celcom does.

the screen froze with the help of the internal battery.

i wonder why when in camera mode, when i push T button, it cant focus? tried restart the phone, but still the same.. already master reset, update to new firmware...

is there a way to update firmware without using the cable? because nokia 5800XM can do it. *#0000# and then go option and select check for updates.

i dont know but i felt goosebumps and a little bit freaked out when i read this lol

no, they have light, n they the light sensor, so if u r in a lit room, or they deemed it that u can see the keys, they wont light up...

here is the light leakage problem.. no bug deal one la.. the key pad will lit up during the dark..if not how to type..

my windows live messenger like having hard time to show online contact,it takes forever to load and mostly less than 10 ppl. anybody else having the same problem?

today i went Nokia display center to check out their display set E71,
found that got the same problem too, light leakage.
but i found that the lower grade E63 totally no light leakage between the Lcd & keypad ! and the E63 keypad is very fit to the E63 housing, totally can't move around no matter how i push it !

beside the light leakage, E71 is a nice phone,
hopefully Nokia can fix this problem soon.
