My friend told me that he ask one shop from lowyat which is selling for 1500++. Can it be this ex? Cause i read from previews post its only about 1.3++ rite?

yes, my E71 Avaxx also got that symbol u mention.
All the original Malaysia set got that symbol, that is chinese word symbol.
Those AP set from Europe countries no such symbol.

Don't worry, that is normal for an original phone.

Added on March 25, 2009, 9:49 amok i just installed the map. works great. the map size is around 75mb about 50mb extra. but the advantage is that the maps are colourful. great poi and fast. e71 has no problem with it so far. thx aspire2oo6 for the tips...!!!

need answer. i use gps frequently.
1. does a-gps cost RM?
2. when sat signal is locked, will a-gps pass positioning task to gps?
my friend google not helping much.

Probably you need to search harder..

1. yes a-gps would cost you data charges. but the lock on time of a-gps will be substancially faster than by using only gps
2. im not so sure about that, but i think it depends which gives faster information, in this case a-gps so maybe a-gps will be handling most if not all the navigation from that point on.
