I just call... they say is maybe network problem... coz the whole world is downloading now... Asia Pacific can't download yet, they are trying to fix the problem now, for sure can be upgrade in this week... and i ask him is there any chance for today or tomorrow, he can't promise me but say in this week... And he also mention singapore can, but Malaysia, India and some other country still can't....

The few hours of didn't sleep worth it.
Yesterday(actually today) early in the morning, when apple just launched the OS, there was some problem with Apple server, and you can download for FREE, just like how you update iPhone OS

i think they will trace back... last time when i download a free apps they charge me, then i complaint, after 1 month they credit back the money to me...

Guys i tink the OS3.0 is up in the Malaysian iTunes Store edi...any1 updated edi?

I use US itunes store, updated yesterday(today early morning)

I no freedom of using credit card...must gt gift cards then oni can...sien!

i got it from the us store. hopefully the new apps will make up for it coz as it is, it is not worth 10 usd for the 1g ipod. really wish i had the 2nd gen one. bluetooth pairing seems interesting

Yeah, that icon is already up on the Malaysian Store but dunno y still cannot download...

The other option is to get a Citibank credit card and make the purchase at the US Store... I have a "no-credit-card" account with the US Store anyday, lol!

I had to accept new terms and conditions to download just now, anyone know what they've changed? I had a quick look thru but couldn't find anything, guessing its just to do with OS 3.0?

Must be... Otherwise why would Apple change the T&C for their App Store just like that...

And has any1 managed to purchase the OS 3.0 from the Malaysian Store already?

Just check... Untill now still don't have yet... And the button even take out from the iTunes store main page already...
