Can we in Malaysia start to purchase the OS 3.0? Just now, when I clicked on the "Update Now" button in Apple's website, the iTunes that opened mentioned that this update is still unavailable in Malaysia... ??

Why i cant update my iPod Touch? where to get?

for ipod touch, it will cost 10USD, im not sure why it can't but for iphone=free and ipod touch=usd10.

Guys, the OS 3.0 is still not available in the Malaysian iTunes Store... Looks like we'll need to wait until later today to be sure...

OMG... the update is still not yet available yet!!! I have wasting my sleeping time to wait for it... it's totally not fair... why not we get to update at the same like US??? Me now gonna send email to apple malaysia ask why & when....

Wow, u guys actually waited until 0300 hrs for the update to be available? Heck, it's already 0745 hrs now and still, the 3.0 OS is still n/a in the Malaysian Store...

Anyway, let's be thankful that we did not get the 3.0 update at the same time as folks in the US... In the IPTF, I see all sorts of ppl having problems with their firmware update, e.g. "backing up iPod touch taking 5 hours" , bug-plagued firmware, and even the App Store crashed due to heavy downloads!

Yea, agree wit ya...I'm using US account n i tried getting the OS3.0 bt the connection seems to time out or get DC-ed midway thru the process. Lotsa ppl say nid latest ver. of iTunes(8.2) to get 3.0?

However, once it's released in Malaysia, wouldn't the same problem arise to those using Malaysian account? Either way thousands of ppl are gonna dwnload the OS n server's gonna be down rite...

Jz read TheStar, InTech section...Article says the OS3.0 will be available for download SOON today...

The OS 3.0 button is out at the iTunes Store features page, but when you click, it's still currently not available in Malaysia... omg...

YEap.. hahahaha.... anyway.. msot of the new games/app need 3.0 install.. My Brute is one of a good multilayer game. how bout all of us installed it later??

It was 12 hour already since 1am this morning... still not available yet... really can't wait to update 3.0...
