hello everyone hammies lovers
i've had a winter hamster for abt 8 months now, his name its squeaky. thanks god he is rather healthy and active (cos i have enough pain with sick turtles

) .
squeaky is different from the other hamsters i've had before, he makes a whole lotta noise (that squeaky sound) and up to now he is still very aggressive in his own cage (i can't grab it out or he'll nibble!

). he does funny things like climbing the cage and falling asleep hanging over there, and he loves to attack a small white furry puppet i hung in his cage, he'd attack it whenever i approach the cage.

and if i talk to him he'll squeak loud in response

.
however if i take him out and stroke his fur for a while he'll get all tame and turn around to let me scratch his side

he even falls asleep outside the cage sometime.
but i'm really preplexed at how aggressive he is!! is it normal??
also: how do u normally clean a hamster's fur? i used to bath him but neither him or me liked the process, so now i use white bunny powder and whipe him with a wet towel, he looks more white after but dunno if he is more clean....
