Try 03-79591888 for Hong Leong.

Sometimes you can try FB messenger and contact the bank and tell them you want to make settlement for AKPK, you will be surprised this messenger works faster.

If your "accident" = death.
Then according to akpk,....the akpk will ends.
(So I guess no need to pay akpk anymore)

Previously some mentioned,... They got it after 1 month

Mine experience, after full settlement, 1 month to get CC approved. Another 4 months to get Hire purchase loan approved.

Yah, need to submit all settlement letter thru portal...

but bank got send..inside portal got all letter record

While waiting for responses, (I think you had posted almost similar question in Mar 2021 n again in Oct 2021).
I could be wrong, but if for me, I would proactively inform akpk about the status and ask them to follow up on the documents that are "inside" the portal.
For they may need someone or incidents to trigger them to check your account with them for the documents.

Nope, card consider cancel but account still available.

Finally say goodbye to AKPK after 10 years

in my experience with MBB and RHB, it took them 5 days to provide settlement letters to me and akpk. then they will update BNM every 10th each month.
