hi all. I just sign up online for DMP on 5/8. Some one call me from AKPK earlier and mention that they will send the letter & payment date details to my email later. May I know this is the latest procedure?

I receive email from them. now totally no more face 2 face meet. email sent on 28/8. in the email stated that to make first payment within 10 days. means before 28/8 i must make first payment?

Hi, may I know if the interest charged by Akpk is reducing balance or fixed rate?

Anyone facing problem to get the release letter from Maybank after making the full settlement as well? I made the full settlement on November 2020 and up until now I still haven’t received the release letter.

Made countless calls to their Collection Center and a couple of times they did answer and asked me to email the payment receipt to them. Emailed a few times, still no response since 2020. Wonder what is it that’s so hard about providing a letter. Sigh

If akpk were to charge 8% flat rate, that means it's equivalent to at least 13%-14% effective rate. Is it worth going to akpk since the rate it's charged is so high?

Currently in DMP program paying about rm2k/month. However is it possible to request to reschedule the monthly payment to an amount that is reasonable? At the moment, i dont allocate for emergencies. This will be hard since all other credit facilities are no longer available for me

Anyone experience difficulties in opening a saving account during DMP programme. I try to open Hong Leong bank saving account but was told got some problem. Not sure if it is due to akpk. I Don have any akpk loan with Hong leong bank though. This is going to be a problem for me cause I am supposed to receive a big sum of money but need to have a joint account with family member. If they came to know I have akpk issue, I am going  to lose my chance to have tht money.
  When I sign up for akpk, I oledi make up my mind no more credit and PL for me but nvr think of not able to open a saving account.

I already enroll in DMP programme for almost 7 years. Recently, i just done all my settlement to all the loan to all bank. AKPK portal also updated.

May i know, after fully settlement for all the loan in AKPK, how long to clear my name under CCRIS and CTOS? AFter how many month that i can apply loan(from bank) again?

If lets say i have 4 accounts under akpk , i settlment 2 accounts directly with bank . Do i need to update to AKPK? AKPK will reduce the repayment automatically?

Actually akpk is good but the problem is this few months i can see my ccris got 1 for car loan. Other loan under akpk is 0.monthly i pay 1130.
I got 7 list 6 under akpk.My ccris is not good and got late chargers so i just withdraw from akpk last week.I tried contact ambank to check back never late payment.If problem is akpk not me.
How come all under akpk 0 only car loan got 1.So now all my crris 0 after i complaint about this.
For your info My loan under akpk now below 50k. I want asking can i get loan 150k?.for debt consolidation 50k.I owe my mom i need to pay 50k.50k for investment.This investment will pay every month to cover the installment.
Please i want your advice.
