In fact, I'm interested to ZEC but without MRTA. I've taken MITA from others. Do you know if without MRTA, what will be the ZEC rate?

wow.. so many ppl at raja chulan huh... jam is terrible ler but i dun follow the main raja chulan road..
anyway.. was just thinking of how the rental rate is gonna be.. with nearby lrt.. shop lots.. giant next door.. hmm... probably not gonna stay that long here..
anyway.. i cancelled the appointment with ocbc yesterday.. will meet her today.. but the thing is, i not yet get my payslip in this year yet.. and the epf can only print up to dec last year too? it's 7 days already and i need to get a loan quick! all of u guys sign ur SPA in 14 days time? or u take longer?

OCBC offer NZEC BLR-2.1 and ZEC BLR-1.9 without MRTA. It is semi flexi loan.
Stand Chart? Are you sure they can do for this project? last time they also offer me vy good rate BLR-2.2 but at the end, then only they find out they don tie to this project.
Just got the approval fr RHB, ZEC BLR-2.1 without MRTA. semi flexi loan.

just got a verbal approval from the loan officer in rhb...blr -2.2, ZEC and no MRTA. waiting for my offer letter now for confirmation. actually guys...have any of u done any due diligence yet on the developer, the land owner, etc? how do we conduct checks yar? am having a slight concern here...coz the economy now is not good to start off with. was chatting yesterday with a fren's parents who's quite familiar with property investments and they voiced out their concerns on whether a rookie developer like TT can carry out this project w/o delay or worst, if the whole project is abandoned...aih  they also asked me to think properly before deciding to sign the s&p This post has been edited by babana: Mar 16 2009, 03:22 PM

Heron is delivered earlier and the sub sales is good. That's not even a better location. The price from 160k raised upto 220k now where it is just completed abt 2 yrs time.
