the sof touch keypad is using sensor touch, but the screen not sure, i thinik it mix both sensor and presure ?
cos when scroling u need to put abit pressure and move around, but when u select an item you just need to soft touch aka sensor? to choose / activate the thing...

There are all sensors. yes, HD's using resistive touchscreen compared to iphone's capacitive touchscreen. Many have debated on these touchscreen technologies, although HD's touchscreen is no match with iPhone's, it's still the best of all HTC touchscreen phones/PDAs. HTC has done tremendous improvements on the finger friendly experiences on HD's resistive touchscreen so you'll be less depending on stylus.

I tried to look for software/registry tweak that's able to enhance/increase the sensitivity of the touchscreen, but still haven't found any.

Quite fancy huh?

Thanks for the picture thumbup.gif
Hmm... it seems that its almost totally black... I still prefer the silver one biggrin.gif
So the flickering bar issue seems to be solved, but the flickering issue also happens in the system status screen also. Is it also solved with this hotfix? And did the screen turn "black" too as well?

Anyway, the flickering issue won't harm anything except the human eyes right?

About the new hotfix, what is the slide to answer fix about? What's wrong with the slide thing anyway? I just don't understand the description. Anyone can explain more in detail about this issue?

the problem with the slider fix is there is an overlapping text "Call Hi... "(Call History) appeared on the Phone Dialer dialog. This overlapping text prevent the video call switch button to be tap-able.

nope i dun think the system status screen changes.. it stays grey..

Previously, (like me) whenever i received a call, i have to slide to the left to answer.. Sumtimes, i had to slide 3 times until it follows my finger (almost gave HTC a finger that moment biggrin.gif )... i think the hotfix is to fix it.. unfortunately it create another problem. hehe.. so i uninstalled it back. for now..

to the heck with s2u2.. i tested it and it brought so many unstability to my HD.. it also proven to consume so much batt energy. Made much difference when i uninstalled it.

I then used the usual autolock by HD tweak and now I changed to the Sensor lock.. Much more convenient (but still in my evaluation)

LOL, thanks for describing the problem that occurs after the hotfix.
What I wanted to know is the problem before the hotfix, which causes the hotfix to be developed.

Thanks anyway icon_rolleyes.gif

That's why i am a bit confuse here.. actually i tested on my HD.. yup my batt can only last 1 day... then I offered this s2u2 to my fren on his TP (without telling my problem), and he also complained to me that he had to uninstall s2u2 coz his battery drained suddenly.. after uninstalled, evrything went fine..

I dun have any explanation why.. so I uninstalled it and yup.. my batt can last 2-3 days..

then I read in this thread that people are using it with no problem at all.. funny huh?

But I am sure about the stability issue on HD..
