1. no idea but I think the licensing is quite a bit more
2. Pocket PC are supposed be "substitutes" for laptops, smartphones merely complement usage with a laptop
3. yes QVGA is 1/4 the resolution of WVGA meaning if u view a webpage on both phones u can see more of it
5. yes but u either have to ahem or buy the license, HD already comes with it out of the box
6. yes but the dedicated youtube application is similar to the one of the iphone/ipod touch way more user friendly
well yes bro the quality of HD is a lot better compared to 5800...
I've read on LYN some users of 5800 have found cracks
sorry for this late reply was busy
Hmm....I still think that either the 5800 is priced too low, or the HD is priced too high

haha
1. 5800 has the stylus
2. 5800 also has accelerometer
3. It can play movies, just that its pixel is less (just a little less)
4. Has also a user-friendly interface (but the TouchFlo3D looks more cool

)
5. Definately more high class (the price also high class

)

I agree with #5 haha...
HTC definately higher standard than nokia in terms of usage and functions
What do you mean by higher standard? The 5800 also has most of the functions HD has

Yup. cable is via usb. Touch pro is able to play tv out. I saw the cable in LY selling for RM100+ for original HTC cable. The only problem with HD is that it does not have the software setting to play TVout like touch pro has. If in touch pro, the setting is in Setting/TVout (if I am not mistaken)
I tried google it on the internet but failed to find anything on HD with tv out. Hopefully there will be soon.

It'll be good if the HD can do that too
