hey, do you guys sync with your PC's calendar, email and contacts via ActiveSync ? (assume the PC app is MS Outlook).

Although I kept backup copies of my phone before I did hard reset (for some obvious reason, of course), and restore back those copies, then when I do ActiveSync, the items on my PC like Calendar, Contact, all will be duplicated, regardless I chose "Replace existing items on PC" or "Combine items on PC".

Anyone know how to prevent this from happening?

I use PIMbackup mainly for backup, easy restore [for ROM flasher], outlook just to remanage and edit. Activesync, gave me headache when sync, contact always overwritten when you forgot to remember those "Replace existing items on PC" or "Combine items on PC" setup you set

technically yes, it is a bag which look something like this Golla .. it fits HD nicely and so far i have no problem to feel it vibrate and the ringtone is really audible when i hook it on my belt.. i just hate to put my HD inside my pocket

sorry guys.i hav got one noob question to ask. I downloaded Davideuck's rom but then i cant seem to get it running. Its not even an application file. when i double clicked on it, it runs in window media player. May i know how do i use it to flash my HD?

be extreme caution on what you do here. have you done HardSPL? if no, then you are lucky not getting your HD brick.

Unless you are experienced user, I'd not recommend you NOT to flash your device. As a new user give yourself a chance to familiarize with your new pda. Maybe it can already meet all your needs. DO NOT be affected by others who flash theirs regularly ( example me - I already flash my htc HD at least 10 times - lost count; m on Davidec ver7 now). If you are not careful you'd endup with a expensive paperweight and SIS will not entertain any warranty claims if they found out you flash unauthorised firmware.

no prob....coz now dutty xtreme 2.6 liao, lol....better wait for its rc or next release coz he claimed tat it will probably reach final version the next (major bug fixed)

but now im quite into wm6.5 (minus the lag) coz the interface is nice even without touchflo (i hate touch flo ...big clock etc)

There are 3 versions of wm6.5 now:

davideuck's - v5, am using now (slower updates)
miri's - v5.2 (rapidly working on, might consider trying it next)
maryone's - v1 (new to wm6.5 but worth a try)

Guys ..... i having some prob with the music player.
How do i only put the songs that i wan (frm storage card) in the music player ??
Now all the other music/sound files that comes with some programs that i install (in storage card) also will come out in the music player.

Shit, without headphone can hear frm the phone speaker, but no sound with headphone.
