Decky, can't you turn off the phone and take out the battery to reveal the S/N and copy down on a piece of paper?!?

After taking pictures, or browsing pictures using the default album (HTC Album), what is the fastest/easiest way to transfer the picture to another handphone through bluetooth?
I have to go to the pictures folder using file explorer, select the file and beam the file from there. The problem is it only shows the filename, so it is hard to detect which picture it is and I have to open one by one to find the correct picture, which took very long and is very troublesome. I also found out that it is easy to beam a file to multiple people. All the recipients showed up on the list and I only need to tap to send. But it seemed that if i selected multiple files using file explorer, the "beam" option is disabled. So how do I beam multiple files simultenously/let it queue? Another funny thing is that after finishing the file transfer process, the same handphone name will appear again. It is a bit weird as I've already send the file to the other person, but it seems that it treats it as another person. Or maybe it is an option for you to resend to the same person? I'm just guessing, but it doesn't really matter anyway, as long as it gets the job done. Thanks! |

Hi All,
I have just flashed Dutty V2.4 rom. Well so far so good and most of the bugs in previous rom are solved. What I like about this new rom is that the memory used only around 50% compare to Davideuck V-3 HP which is around 70% memory usage Cheers.. |

sweetcow, I understand your frustration on sending pictures over bluetooth. there should be a "send to bluetooth" or "beam to..." in the context menu at HTC Album when we view the picture file. Maybe write a wishlist to HTC or post in XDA forum?
daneva, I'm also using Dutty 2.4 now. Good one, but I still feel the older version 21032 ROM's MaryOne 1.4 is slightly better. Not Dutty's fault but mainly due to 21042 ROM version's problem. Looks like the source they all have for 21042 are coming from the same source, all have that Wifi + Bluetooth mis-config problem. |

I'm trying Davideuck's WM6.5-v5 but it's quite lag at the moment.
Wondering if HD cannot support WM6.5 |

i think Davideuck's rom is better than Dutty... [/quote Me too. I used Davideuck V6, Davideuck V-3_HP, Dutty V2.4 and this afternoon just flashed Davideuck_V-4_HP_MSVC_ST, one word superb. Davideuck_V-4_HP_MSVC_ST has Standard Start Menu, Standard Notification Manager and Program tab, the rest uses new manila. Give it a try. Edit: Something wrong with Davideuck V-4_HP link. It deleted from the system. Please go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread...d=1#post3543570 for more info. Cheers.... This post has been edited by daneva: Mar 30 2009, 10:13 PM |

After playing for around 2 - 3 days, I feel that my HD sometime hang or lag. So I flashed back to Davideuck rom and my HD seems stable. And one thing about Davideuck rom that I like is, he build in more apps for us. The latest release Davideuck V-4_HP introduce 4 different versions and I'm sure u will find one suitable for yr taste. As for me, I like old Start Menu, old notification manager and Progam tab. So Davideuck_V-4_HP_MSVC_ST is 100% what I wanted. Cheers... |
