i wonder where did u all bought this touch hd for cheap prize with a lot of free gift....cz i just got survey at the subang parade and the cheapest prize i got is RM 3450 with no free gift......pls tell me the shop...i really want this god damn phone....thnx..

I bought it at PDA expert (during PC fair, Dec 08 at RM3250, bluetooth and extended 1 year warranty).
So I think PDA expert can get around that price now. Try go to Sunway or MidValley (PDA expert).

the price with freebies was during PC fair. now the price is like that already.

Bought HTC Touch HD (AP set) in Mongkok, HK today. Package included pouch, phone, headset, usb cable, stylus, charger, 1350amh battery, screen protector, transparent casing, software & manual, cost HK$4880. Additional bought Momax 1500amh battery cost HK$120. I hope this package is cheap.

Disadvantages: I can't find google map & find difficult to use, coz first time using WM. And don't have CE-STAR, i can't see chinese words.

Besides, saw original set selling HK$5980.

Yeah theres this one mall or two down in Mong Kok selling all kind of phones/PDAs. Noticed HD selling at the price u mentioned. My questions is - can i use it with Maxis sim here in Malaysia without any problems? One thing about malls in Mong Kok though... couldnt find me any shops selling PDAIR or BRANDO cases for HD.... a lot of not so famous or CAPDASE case only.

Subang Parade selling HD at RM3450?? I thought recommend price for SIS circa RM3399?? I bought mine from PDA Expert like more than a month a go at RM3200 SIS standard package.... now could be cheaper? Hell.. probably after Daimond 2 launch next month HD price could be as low as RM3099 for SIS version???

Yo, I've flashed my HD to Dutty 2.1 Xtreme. It's quite nice and so far no problems found New manila v3 is very cool and the speed of bootup also improved alot.

I've also installed so many mods to this rom because I decided not to change to new rom again so soon (FYI recently I change rom too frequently like everyday 1 new rom lolz). below are the few mods I've installed to make my HD better:

-Max Theme (background4all, analog clock etc.)
-LockMeLite 1.2
-HD Tweak 0.5.4
-CleanRAM 1.0.6
-Touch InCall Screen Tweak - v1.0.4
-sunglobe, ZTA4 (Chinese input/display)
-Modaco Nodata
-etc @@

I'm too excited to show these screenshots, notice that background4all works on all tabs that's why I'm settled with new manila v3, yay!!!

I've tried and it actually stretch the picture from 480x to 800x. Haven't tried a 800x picture yet, maybe it doens't need to stretch at all. Anyone tried?
